Going the extra mile at West end motors Bodmin
I was totally happy with all the attention I got from every member of staff from your showroom.
I was recommended to your services by a friend after we both received poor standards in customer care from Vospers. I may have to go the extra mile to Bodmin, however it's worth every mile as your team, especially James Woodman definitely go the extra mile in customer care.
James was so helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful in his approach to sales, also in a non pushy manner,if you did not want a certain extra, it was not pushed further. He was a true professional, a valued member of your team and a credit to yourself and himself in turn. If you have an employee of the month/quarter etc, he should be high on the list of finalists.

Whether its sales, servicing or parts they employ first class staff who are always well presented, polite and above all quietly efficient. "Arranging a date for service & MOT was easy and full details of work to be undertaken during service was explained verbally to my satisfaction. A courtesy car was booked taking into account my request for an automatic vehicle. Before undertaking any further work found as a result of the service, I was contacted by phone and given the full details together with a breakdown of cost and an assurance that the car would still be ready at the agreed time. I arrived slightly early and the car was ready & waiting the work having been completed and the vehicle had been cleaned."

"I was so impressed with the service I received. I had previously used a local garage and avoided main dealerships as I felt it would be too expensive and impersonal. How I wish I had gone to this garage a long time ago! My car had a recurring problem which I had taken to my local garage 3 times and paid £400 on parts/labour. Each visit temporarily resolve the problem but by the 4th recurrence I'd had enough. I took it to west end motors who were immediately able to diagnose the problem, a week later it had been repaired for far less then I'd expected! So far so good...... Customer service from Tony was fantastic and it was great to be given a lift to and from my place of work whilst the car was being repaired. Thank you so much :)"
