Responsibilities

Joining the team as a Booking Assistant, you will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls in regard to service reminders, MOT reminders, database management and booking in vehicles. You will also be working to ensure that we provide the best possible customer service to every customer and working to resolve any potential issues or problems.

The ideal booking Assistant will:

The successful Candidate will need excellent inter-personal skills as well as a good telephone manner. Organisational & computer skills are key to ensure the efficient booking in of vehicles into the service department. You will need to possess an eye for detail and have the ability to work well individually or as part of a team.

If you have the desire to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service, this position would suit you. Pinnacle experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training would be given.
